In the closing moments of my November 18, 2016 appearance on MLB Now, I got to unveil the cover for The Cooperstown Casebook on live television. It’s not every day that you get to do that.

But Wait, There’s More!

(THIS SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

The Cooperstown Casebook (published July 25, 2017), at 464 pages, is bursting at the seams with coverage of the major league players in the Hall of Fame, as well as the top candidates outside of it. Most of what’s in it can’t be published here, but a whole lot of what I wrote for the book didn’t make it in, and most of what I’ve already written elsewhere could not be included in the book, either. So in addition to the basic information about the book and its promotion, this site is a clearinghouse for B-sides, outtakes and alternate mixes, so to speak, as well as relevant links to previously published work.
